I have a case which
have lights on the side, I can not get them to work? |
|
| |
|
|
The most common occurrence
for this issue is related to a small button on the front of the
case. This button can sometimes get pressed while unpacking the
case. It acts just like a power button, so all you need to do in
press this when all the cables are connected up and the lights should
work perfectly
|
| |
|
| |
| |
|
| |
|
|
The motherboard clips are
designed to fit the case with minimal effort, if you are having
trouble fitting them in, you are not fitting them correctly. There
are only two small feet that clip under the motherboard plate.
|
|
| |
|
| |
|
|
Only a small amount of pressure
is required to squeeze the clip until it slots into place. Too much
pressure will damage the clips
|
|
| |
|
|
Once the clip is in properly,
you will see that resting on the top of the motherboard plate are
four feet. This is correct. |
| |
| |
The USB at the
front of the case has many pins that need to be connected to the
motherboard, how do I know which one goes into which slot? |
|
|
The Pin assignment for the
USB port in each M/B can be different. You need to refer to your
motherboard user manual for this information. |

On the JN099 (Light
Fusion case) How do I connect the fans to the LCD panel? |
3 pin |
|
1.Firstly you need to establish
if your case fans are 3 pin or 4 pin |
4 pin |
If your fans are 3 pin, they
need to be connected to the Black and Red wires marked HDD/SYS/CPU
(these markings specify the position of the fans in the case) You
may need to convert the connector at the end of the red and black
wires from male to female, so it can connect with your fan. |
|
To convert to male remove
the plastic cap to expose two pins |
| |
Then just connect the fan
directly to one of the three cables (HDD/SYS/CPU) See connection
up close |
If your fans are 4 pin ,
they need to be converted to 3 pin. This is done by using the converters
supplied with the case. |
|
Please Note:
For optimum use you need to connect the appropriate fan to the right
cable. So the black and red cable marked HDD should be connected
to the fan closest to the HDD. (So when the temperature sensor reads
a high level of heat in that area it can adjust (increase) the fan
speed to compensate) |
|
| |
Where do I attach
the temperature sensors on the JN099 (Light Fusion case)? |
|
|
|
|
Temp Sensors can be placed
in these suggested areas, and secured using the yellow heat resistant
stickers provided with the case. |

On the back of
my JN120F-450-BK 120mm Jeantech Power supply there is a switch,
what is it for? |
| |
|
The switch on the back of
the PSU unit is to control the fan speed. The options are "H"
high speed and "L" for low speed. However the Jeantech
120mm psu has a smart automatic fan speed control design with built
in temperature sensor effectively reduces the noise level to half
of that of conventional power supplies. And maximize the balance
result between noise reduction and necessary cooling. Which is the
recommended, for this option set the switch to " A". (Auto) |

Connection for
apollo ATX tower. |
| |
|
(1)you should find a 4
pin big header from the back of the LCD panel, you will need to
connect it to the PSU 4 pins header.
(2)Regarding the fan control, you should find 3(SYS, CPU, HDD) of
the 3 pins(white) header from the back of the LCD panel(cables are
black/red). These 3 pins header needs to connect directly to the
fans.
SYS: You can connect to the side panel fan or use the rear case
fan.
HDD: You can purchase another case fan to fit at the front of the
internal chassis, then connect the HDD fan connector to this fan.
CPU: Connect it to the heatsink fan(as an optional)
(3) Sensor: you should find some stickers come with the case . you
can use the sticker to attached the sensor and fix to the area where
you want to see the temp.
CPU : you will need to place the sensor between the cpu and heaysink.
SYS: any where within the chassis.
HDD: attached to the HDD
(4) Regarding the USB and Audio connection, you should see the printing
on th header which explain what they are, you will need to refer
to your M/B manual to check how to connect it or contact your M/B
company for futher support. |

My PSU motherboard
has 20 pin and he comes with 24 pin. |
 |
|
Motherboards now come with
two main power connector slots, 20pin or 24pin. If you have a power
supply unit that has a 24 pin connector and a 20 pin motherboard
you can snap off the 4 additional pins on the connector to make
a 20 pin connector. |
| |
|
| |
The 20 pin connector
is missing the -5vdc white cable is this correct. |
| |
|
Based on the new Intel ATX
12V, there is no need to have -5VDC. That is why you did not see
any cable on the -5VDC connector.
It is no problem for you to use the psu with the M/B you wish to
use. |

What is the plastic tube that covers the heat sensors?
(Apollo, G-Max and light fusion cases) |
| |
There is a plastic protective
tube that covers all the heat sensor is the Apollo, G-Max and light
fusion cases. This needs to be removed as they are not heat resistant. |

Where do I
put the VGA sensor? (Saturn) |
| |
|
pls put it on VGA card with
high-temp. tolorable sticker. |
| |
| If I decide
not to use the VGA and CPU sensor, is there a way of stopping the
temp monitoring for them? (Saturn) |
| |
As this funciton is designed
on board,so, if you really don't wanna have LCD sense these 2, currently
u can just cut it off , then it won't show up with temp. on the
display. |
| |
| Now and again
I get 2 beeps from the case. Why is this? How can I turn off or
change the alarm settings? (Saturn) |
| |
1.) if this happens when
u swtich it on, and continues around 10 seconds, and then stops,
it's normal.
|
| |
| |
2.) or, u might find a
connector marked "CPU FAN" from LCD display, u can have
one fan with 3-pin connected with it, coz the alarm is set to 'alarm'
to remind u that there's no fan for cpu (to help to cool down),
but this alarming shouldn't continue over 10 senconds. so if u have
a fan connected, then it won't alarm when u swtich it on. |
| |
| |
3.) or you can also try
to change the set of temperature of CPU,its origine temp.: CPU 70
? ; VGA and HDD :60 ?. however, as this LCD doesn't come with memory
function, so u might need to re-set it whenever u switch it on |
